The system
has been designed to handle all types of industries that have hirable
or reservable resources. Such as Light aircraft, Boating,
Tools, Party Hire and Room or Location hire.
Sporting
clubs will also benefit from the ability to reserve and hire tennis
or squash courts, cricket pitches, swimming lanes and sporting
equipment online in real time.
Resources can
be hired or reserved to one person or groups of people - each person
in the group can have an invoice created for them and the subsequent
receipt produced.
The system
has a section for instructors who can be reserved by your
customers. They can have group bookings so tutorials or classes
can be set up and charged for each customer.
The system allows for generation of receipts and invoices
so you can keep track of the reservations and all amounts required
to pay for them as well as a membership database. Members
can check thier history and amounts of credit or debit that they
have in the system. As all businesses bill in different ways we
will create a billing module that suits your business.
