Members are provided a username/password to access their booking account. They can then book flights and instructors for any time that is available. If your clients don’t have Internet access they just telephone your office and you can make a booking for them through the administration account. The system allows for easy manipulation of flight or instructor schedules via a point and drag interface which allows for flight cancellation, maintenance and instructor holidays, weekly schedules and absences. The system will produce summaries of flying hours per-plane, per-instructor or per-client over any given period. Saving you time. Also, there is a sub-system for newsletters and articles. A product catalogue can also be provided allowing the clients to order and/or purchase products on-line. The system is installed on a Database-Web-Server on your premises (or remotely hosted).
